Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit, we follow a fair but strict return policy.
Returns
Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered and received in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must inform us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Refunds / Replacements
Valid complaints will be reviewed, and replacement or partial/full refund will be processed based on the issue.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued through the original payment method or agreed alternative.
